Using density counting data generated by Ilatsik as an input for Nutil
Hi,
I'm trying out Nutil and firstly, thank you very much for this amazing tool.
The Nutil document says that it accepts segmentation data as input. I'm wondering if I can use Density counting data from Ilatsik as input to Nutil? I have the impression that they are not segmentation data, but I want to ask to make sure.
Best,
Anh.

Hi Anh,
No it's not possible to use the density counting data with Nutil. Nutil is compatible with segmentations generated with the Pixel Classification workflow in ilastik or the Pixel and Object classification workflows. They are RGB images in PNG format. For instructions see https://nutil.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
