QUINT workflow - Nutil processing speed?
Hi,
I'm using Nutil as part of the QUINT workflow to quantify labelled cells in coronal slices of rat brains. Currently I'm test running on 4 slices, with the Atlas_maps folder 1.5MB and the Segmentations folder 38.8MB. Attached is the information of the Windows device I'm using.
The application has been running for more than 1h30m now. My question is, how long would it usually take for Nutil to run, given such Windows device and amount of data?
