Hi,

I was attempting to run the provided 1-year-old image through the pipeline on our system (red hat version 7.6) when I encountered the following error:

When I went to the SkullStripping directory, a 111111_T1_stx_FinalBrainMask.nrrd file was present, but not the 1111111_T1_FinalBrainMask.nrrd file that the script was looking for. Are there any ideas as to why this discrepancy exists or how it could be resolved?
