If you are having technical trouble, please consider using a tracker. Click "Tracker", third from the bottom in the menu on the left. You can easily share files, screen shots, etc. too!

It's much easier for us to track the progress of each issue and assign someone to deal with the problem if coding is required.

All previous problems are searchable using the search feature in the upper right.
