RE: Access to Data
Dear Mohammad,
KIN is a multi site initiative where we are trying to collect different types of DKI datasets. In a first step we gathered healthy controls acquired with different protocols on different scanners and those will be the data sets that will be available first. After this we will highly encourage people to upload data from different disease studies like Alzheimer's, epilepsy, etc.. and we will make these available for everybody. If you are interested in helping us grow KIN and contribute data, I welcome you to do so! In the future you will be able to upload data through NITRC, right now we are using a different medium. If you would like to participate, send me an email at dki@musc.edu!
Kind Regards,
Emilie
