RE: How to Convert images Nifty (.nii) to PNG ?
If you want to do it manually, many nifti viewers would do this
conversion, I am most familiar with 3Dslicer where you would simply load your nifti, then go to 'save as' and
output as png.
If you want to use MATLAB here's a function that does it: https://github.com/adalca/mmit/blob/mast...
I'm sure people have written code for python and other languages as well.
