Hi,

I am trying to load resting state fcMRI data, that were prepocessed in SPM 8, to Bioimage Suite - to the single subject fMRI tool. The problem is that Bioimage asks for "Reference Transform" (.grd), "Internal Transform" (.matr) and "Distortion Transform" (.matr) in the tab "Anatomical data". And there are no such files after the preprocessing in SPM.

Should I redo the preprocessing with Bioimage (or AFNI?) or there is some way to import the data from SPM to Bioimage?
