Pierre,
Do you know of any papers that have attempted to regress out cross-site effects, or otherwise minimize them? Or any papers you'd suggest that analyze these cross-site issues for resting state (vs, say, task-based fMRI) analysis?
I have a rather large structural dataset where regression parameters included site/acquisition parameters, and I believe resting state data are also available.
