Thanks for your interesting about our toolkit.
GRETNA can recognize 4D *.nii but not 4D *.nii.gz.
Could you tell me your folder structure?
As usual you should save your 4D NIfTI like
ParentPath/Subject1/4D.nii
ParentPath/Subject2/4D.nii
And then select the ParentPath to begin.
