RE: legend of the ROI-to-ROI connectivity matrix
Hi Constantin,

The ROI-to-ROI connectivity matrices can be found in the files conn_*/results/firstlevel/ANALYSIS_01/resultsROI_Condition*.mat. The variable 'Z' there contains the fisher-transformed connectivity values for each subject and between each pair of ROIs, so you can use those to generate your own figures. Alternatively, on the ROI-to-ROI results explorer window you can select 'Options.Print' to print the connectivity displays there, or select 'View.3d display' to get a different and perhaps more flexible display. Last, I imagine you may add your own legend to any of these displays either using the matlab command legend (http://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref...) or by post-processing the resulting .jpg image files.

Hope this helps
Alfonso

ps. for future reference, when posting CONN-related questions please consider using the 'NITRC CONN' forum (go to http://www.nitrc.org/projects/conn and select 'support' or 'forum' there) instead of this more general 'NITRC community' forum (posts there have a better chance of standing out to some of the CONN developers or users, and you can more easily search there for previous questions that may relate to your current CONN-related problem/question/thoughts). Hope this helps

Good morning,

I would like to ask a question, please excuse me to disturb again: the ROI-to-ROI connectivity matrix is very nice and clicking on one point one can see the exact connections. But,
1- where can it be founded to be exported as a pictuire for all subjects
2- how can we insert a legend

I would appreciate an answer, I can imagine you are very busy.

Kind regards from Lausanne
Constantin
