Hi, I am new to DKI and I am learning how to use the DKE and DKE FT module. I am not able to output the diffusion tensor or kurtosis tensor MAT files--is there a flag that I'm overlooking in the example dke_parameters.dat file? I've been able to run the DKE FT using example MAT files downloaded from the website, but I haven't been able to generate them after running the DKE with the example DICOMs.
