Hi all.
I have just started using waveidiot toolbox and i have encountered some issues. First, whenever I choose all the volumes of fMRI data, the process terminates with error. When I choose my 4D nifti file, it sayes denoising ONE image(s). 
Another problem is that it does not produce a new output, so does it over write the current file?
And one more question, does it reconstruct the image or simply give us wavelet coefficients in the form of a nifti file?
