How do we use AAL on resting state fMRI data?
Is there any tutorial?
I have following queries in using AAL atlas on resting state fMRI dataset:
i) what is the onset and duration for resting state fMRI data. (In my dataset subject saw a cross sign in whole scan).
ii) What is the value of contrast parameter that we should select ?
