ROBEX Strange Results
Hi,
I am trying to use ROBEX 1.2 for the first time. I downloaded the OASIS (disc1 and disc2) and LPBA40 datasets. I ran ROBEX in all images, but it seems that the segmentation results are not very good. It always gets the eyes. Unlike, the results reported in the paper (Iglesias et al.; Robust Brain Extraction Across Datasets and Comparison with Publicly Available Methods). I am using the images exactly as they came from the database (.img/.hdr format). I opened them on freeview, they seem to be in the correct orientation compared to the atlas.
Anyone has any idea of what my be happening?
Thanks.
