IBSR , 20 Normal Subjects
Hi,
I am trying to use the IBSR data (20 Normals), I opened them in Matlab and want to calculate the volumes of the images by Matlab. I used the README file but I did not find the resolution of images, I really need it. I have one more question, scans were performed on two different imaging systems. In README, it is not determined which images belong to which imaging system.
Can anyone help me?
