Hello,

I would like to see if I can get ROBEX to work for brain extraction from animal MRI.  I tried running my structural data through ROBEX, but since this software seems to make assumptions about the shape of the brain, this did not work well.

Is it possible to modify some parameters or files to make this work better for my non-human brains?

Any advice would be appreciated!
