Hi Yuki,
I don't think the warning at the end is serious. Could you describe better what platform you are using (virtual machine?) and when/how the crashes occurs. If this is an option, I would recommend upgrading to recent Ubuntu LTS, such as 14.04 or 16.04. Best,

I'm trying to use NIAK with docker (following instruction at http://niak.simexp-lab.org/niak_installa...) on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
Although docker and NIAK with docker seem to be installed successfully, I encountered following error and Octave GUI was closed.
