Check out DPARSF toolbox.
There are also plenty of examples and tutorial on preprocessing with SPM. There's a good tutorial by andrew jahn.
About automatic preprocessing for all subjects, you can use "batch" in spm or batch scripting using matlab m-file. Spm manual is the best reference for that.
