Help getting source code of dicomconvert
Hi,
Thanks for this sowftware, I think is going to be very useful for our work.
I'm trying to use it from the source code, but I cannot get the source code. What I've tried is the following:
1 - Use the CLI 'svn' client, and the anonymous account to get it, as you recommend
svn --username anonymous --password anonymous checkout URLHERE
but I get what I think is an empty repo. The CLI says "Checked out revision 0.", I've also tried to browse this repo with emacs vc, and seems to be empty. I don't normally use 'svn', then probably I'm missing something obvious without notice, please tell me.
2 - Download the "Nightly SVN Tree Snapshot", it expands to an empty repo, as I said, empty AFAIK.
3 - Browse the repo in the URL you suggest, it seems to be empty.
4 - Check the bitbucket account you use to distribute binary files.
5 - Look for packages in neurodebian.
Then, please tell me how can I get the source code?
In addition, I've found some forums talking about dicomconvert as part of nipype, is this a collision or the same software?
I don't post the URLs because I think they have problems with your antispam system.
Best regards,
Roberto
