The Neuroscience Gateway - NSG (http://www.nsgportal.org), a NSF funded project, provides free access to supercomputing resources for the neuroscience community. Currently we provide the tools: NEURON, GENESIS3, NEST, PyNN, Brian, BluePyOpt pipeline, Freesurfer, The Virtual Brain Personalized Multimodal Connectome Pipeline, FSL. Depending on the need from the community we can provide other tools.


As an extension of the NSG we are trying to understand the future data and compute need of the neuroscience community and would appreciate very much if researchers would take a few minutes to fill in the survey please.
