Physiological noise correction of rs-fMRI
Hi everyone!
I'm going to perform dynamic connectivity analyses on a set of resting state acquisitions.
Since I want to evaluate the effect of breath-holding, I really need a robust way to correct artifacts due to cardiac pulsation and respiration.
Could someone of you suggest me an effective tool to do this?
Thanks to all of you.
