When I was using DTIPrep to import data to create the protocol, a small window popped up, with this message:

The following programs have not been found.
Please enter the path manually if necessary:
> DiffusionWeightedVolumeMasking

Is the Diffusion Weighted Volume Masking setting compulsory or we can ignore it?
