Hi Fei,
Sorry for the delay in responding.
We are re-structuring the SPHARM-PDM extension and it will be a bit until we release the new package. In the meantime, you can try to use one of the older versions of Slicer to be able to use the old SPHARM extension.
http://slicer.kitware.com/midas3/folder/... I just tested the extension works in Slicer 4.4.0.
