Regarding the answer of Mrs. Paniagua, maybe you can try with FIRST (https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/F...), you can do a group analysis as it is detailed there (they use the hippocampus, but you can do it with any structure), and you will get the vtk files of stats and p-values.
