Time entry in the NIFTI "Description" field
Hi,
The documentation in the Anonymization sections say that "acquisition time is stored as the time since midnight in seconds". However, at least for Siemens, I'm pretty sure that the value of the DICOM field for "Acquisition Time" ('0008 0032') (from which the Time entry is taken verbatim), is specified as HHMMSS.sss (i.e, the time of day at which the image was acquired; not the time converted into seconds elapsed since midnight).
