Hi Madu,
Please change the line
matlabbatch{i}.spm.spatial.coreg.estimate.ref = {fullfile(spm('dir'),'toolbox','DARTEL','icbm152.nii,1')};
to
matlabbatch{i}.spm.spatial.coreg.estimate.ref = {fullfile(spm('dir'),'tpm','TPM.nii,1')};
