RE: Installation of AutoSeg in MacOS
We mainly support the linux binaries, but the Mac should work.
The binaries are though not usual Mac-OS apps, but rather binaries
that you need to call through the terminal, just the way one would
use it on linux.
For that
a) open Terminal
b) cd
c) set AUTOSEG_HOME environment variable to that directory:
export AUTOSEG_HOME=
d) ./AutoSeg -gui
