Hello, I'm attempting to use FDT of FSL.
I have successfully used the 'dtifit' command.
I've encountered some problems when trying to use 'bedpostx'
(FSL-FDT diffusion-BEDPOSTX Estimation of diffusion parameters)
I tried to use the input directory as:
/home/eternal/c9image/NDARAF706DLN/s797474/ace/data/NDARupload/NDAR_upload_SN/ndar_DTI51_data/s797474/
(with advanced options: Fibres-2, Weight-1, Burn In-1000)
When I hit go, 'Errors: child process exited abnormally' message pops up.

bedpostx /home/eternal/c9image/NDARAF706DLN/s797474/ace/data/NDARupload/NDAR_upload_SN/ndar_DTI51_data/s797474/. --nf=2 --fudge=1  --bi=1000
/usr/share/fsl/5.0/bin/bedpostx /home/eternal/c9image/NDARAF706DLN/s797474/ace/data/NDARupload/NDAR_upload_SN/ndar_DTI51_data/s797474/. --nf=2 --fudge=1  --bi=1000
