Hello,

I have been using a MATLAB script to run a DWI preprocessing pipeline on my Linux computer, which incorporates dcm2nii. A colleague working on a Mac asked for my script and we encountered the following error at the dcm2nii step, and I was just wondering if it is something that I need to be concerned about, as the rest of the pipeline seems to work? The error seems to involve the .DS_Store file that Mac's put into directories but I am worried about the later Image Fragment lines. 

Please let me know if I can offer any more information to help with this. Oh and FYI there are many more lines of the FFFE, E000 Image Fragment error; I just didn't want to include them all as I am not sure they are helpful in determining the severity of the issue.
