Clicking "Download The Nightly SVN Tree Snapshot" link downloads something else
Hi All,
We have software on nitrc.org named Homer2 (URL: https://www.nitrc.org/projects/homer2/) under SVN version control. I want to give users the option of downloading the latest SVN revision by using the links (from the home page)
Source Code --> [Download The Nightly SVN Tree Snapshot]
without having to install SVN software. This is important because most of our users are non-technical.
However when I go to click the link myself, an executable release package that I uploaded months ago is downloaded instead. No source code or folder structure from latest SVN revision.
My questions are:
a) Am I correct in assuming that the link [Download The Nightly SVN Tree Snapshot] is for downloading the latest SVN revision (without having to use SVN commands) ?
b) If the above is correct, is the fact that I get something else a NITRC bug or something I have to configure so that the link points to the right place?
c) If the above is correct, how would I do that?
Would greatly appreciate any help and advice...
