First of all, thank you for using our toolbox.

To the first question, QModeling does not change the original units of the images. It just reads the voxel values from the loaded study and obtains the average value from the specified regions for each frame to make the TACs. Consequently, "original units" by time (in minutes) are shown. Usually the images exported from the PET scanner are in kBq/ml or similar activity concentration units, so you could check the initial values in your DICOM and make sure they have not been modified in the DICOM to nifti conversion.

Regarding to the other question, the data you mention are typically used to obtain the SUV. However, they are not used for kinetic modelling. Would you want to use them for any particular purpose?
