Hi Graham,
Based on the log file that you shared, our developer thinks that your data file has a formatting problem or contains an unusual character. Your post also suggests that the software is treating the AGE variable as the linking ID variable. Please make sure that your ID variable appears in the first column of your data file. Please let us know if you resolve the problem or we can provide additional support.
