Hi

I've built the PORTR as instructed, however scan0_label_map.nii.gz and scan0_label_.map.nii.gz wasn't genereated in the output directory after the example processing.
The only error during the processsing was ERROR: Cannot shut down Executor, workers are still busy. And this didn't stop the program.

I tried to warp the image with the output file, the image generated wasn't what I expect, the deformation wasn't as significant as in the paper.

May I ask could you post your output data so I compare with me to see what's the problems?
