RE: AFNI
Hi Emily,
The NITRC-CE image installs AFNI from the NeuroDebian repository and, unfortunately, the newest version is not yet available:
http://neuro.debian.net/pkgs/afni.html?h...
I thought a viable workaround would to be to start up a NITRC-CE LITE image and then install AFNI into it yourself:
https://afni.nimh.nih.gov/pub/dist/doc/h...
However, I tested this out and again, unfortunately, there is a bug in the AFNI @afni.install.binaries script that aborts the install. I am submitting a trouble ticket to the AFNI folks about this but that won't help your situation immediately.
What operating system do you have on your laptop that is able to run the @update.afni.binaries script?
Regards,
Matt (NITRC Moderator)
