Hi Arun,
No, none of the FCP and INDI datasets includes physiological signal data. However, some sites might decide to also release these data at some point. Later this year we will be turning the FCP over to the restrospetive part of INDI. This rerelease could then include these data depending on availability.
But, long story short, no there are no physiological data for the FCP datasets available now.
