I'm using gretna to compute graph measures for a weighted functional connectome of the brain.
I have some questions:
1) is it possible to use gretna with non-square matrices?
2) Do I have to define the community index vector or is it possible to estimate the number and extent of modules? What is the procedure? Whenever I try to compute participant coefficient or modular interaction there is a line in the gui that says "community index      <-X" and it asks me to input a vector of iindexes, otherwise an error prompts. I would like to let the program estimate modules subdivision.
