Great to hear you resolved the issue. 

But I would like to highlight that the tool called ImageMath in ANTS and our tool that is also called ImageMath have nothing in common. Our teams just called them the same thing (and they do similar jobs), but regularly ANTS's ImageMath and ours conflict.  This is best solved via setting the PATH variables appropriately before running AutoSeg.
