Is my Pestica output correct?
Dear PESTICA users,
I am trying to apply Pestica and Slomoco (v1.3) right now. I have manually created a resting+orig.BRIK file via the command 3dcopy *.nii resting and have adjusted the HEAD file since the onset times were missing. Then, I have started pestica, but it gives me an error (see Screenshots) that "Output dataset ./resting+orig.HEAD already exists! -EXIT" (same for all subjects). However, the pestica4 folder seems to be correctly generated with all the output files.
Have you seen this error before?
