Thank you for these inputs. Now I can visualise the mask image and the statistical map but another issue is that, in FSL the cluster size shown was approx 600 voxels in the statistical maps, but when I project it here on surf ice, I do not see such a large cluster, instead I see smaller clusters. I have attached a reference image of Caudate with the statistical maps overlayed in both the softwares. How can I rectify this? Is there an error in thresholding that I am commiting in surf ice?
