Dear dr. Zalesky,
There was a typing mistake. I meant:
''More particularly, I would like to test: ASD~=CT and Angry~=Happy with an F-test ('~=' means 'not equal to').
Also, I would like to test with 4 separate t-tests:
ASD > CT when Angry > Happy
ASD > CT when Angry < Happy
ASD < CT when Angry > Happy
ASD < CT when Angry < Happy
For example, using a contrast [0,1,0,0,0,0] and a t-test do I check that ASD > CT when Angry > Happy?
