Displaying positive and negative values separately in a t-stat file
Hello,
I want to visualize positive values(growth) and negative values(atrophy) in subcortical structures using different colors from a single uncorrected T-statistics file. How can I do so? Currently, when I try to overlay the file, all the values are indicated by a single color, making it difficult to discern between the two conditions. I have attached the mask image and uncorrected t-stat file.
