Hey all,

I'm trying to construct a morphologically averaged template of T1 weighted MRIs. I tried using the Dartel toolbox in SPM12 but it constructs a template of segmented tissues. I want a single T1 weighted MRI output that can be run through FreeSurfer etc. Is that simply not possible with SPM12/Dartel or am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated.
