I have included my design matrix file and my contrast is [0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 -1] to get Post > pre. In the connectivity matrxi entry, the first file is a "VP01_pre".
