Jumping in to alleviate any potential confusion for other
viewers- I think the formula written here ((sqrt(n)*effect size))
may be incorrect.
If trying to calculate a t threshold from hedges g (called d), the
relationship is d = t * sqrt((n₁+n₂)/(n₁*n₂)) which translates to t
= d * sqrt((n₁*n₂/(n₁+n₂))
