Error when running meta for Mean with var1 '' var2 '' var3 '' var4''
Dear
everyone,
I have 51 studies, and
when I chose 50 imputations in the Mean analysis, the Multiple
imputation stage was interrupted at 23%, with a warning of
insufficient memory.The program will close
as this problem could cause fatal errors.
After
encountering this issue, I attempted 40 imputations in the Mean
analysis. This time, the MLE
coefficients, MLE heterogeneity, and Multiple imputation process
were successfully completed.
But when
running the meta for Mean analysis with variables var1, var2, var3,
and var4, it displayed an error message stating that the image for
imputation for study Zacks2010_Study8 in the test analysis_Mean VAR
was not loaded. Could you please help
me figure out how to resolve this problem?
Additionally, I would like to know the principles behind
selecting imputation values and determining the number of CPU
threads to use. Thank you in advance
for your assistance.
