Quality check for Beijing data
Here are some problems in Beijing_Enhanced data and
Beijing_shortTR dataset:
For Beijing_Enhanced data:
Most of fmri data have 240 time points, but the TPs of following subjects are different:
The following subject has no T1 image:
2323534
Meanwhile, most of fmri data don't cover the whole brain. Superior parts of motor areas are lost.
For Beijing_shortTR:
1396528
1965314
No brains are covered in T1 images for these two subjects.
3532603: Only has DTI data
4159474: Only 239 TPs included in BOLDrest_LONG.nii.gz
For Beijing_Enhanced data:
