Hi Rowen,
If you just added the line to do the nonlinear reg, it's not going to work - there are other dependencies in the script that need to be changed.
If you can wait a few more days to run your analysis, by tomorrow evening I will I hope to upload the new set of scripts that do nonlinear registration to the 2mm standard, and deal with other issues.
