I am doing shape analysis for caudat. I applied following steps for all caudat:
 
1) ./convertITKformats 1.hdr 1.gipl
2)./SegPostProcess 1.gipl -o 01.gipl
3)./GenParaMesh 01.gipl -iter 1000-label 1
 
But I got these two errors in GenParaMesh method:

How can I fix the problem?
