a problem of Installing FSL
in ubuntu?

When you

>> fsl4.1-fsl
>> fsl4.1-bet
so try "which fsl4.1-fsl" for example. - it should work! For me the main
executables are of course in /usr/bin, and all the other fsl files are at
/usr/share/fsl/4.1
