OK I played with the preprocessing script and found I can run it under subject's folder like:
...1017176> sh xxxx/preproc.sh .

Then I got the error of could not find template files nihpd_....

I've download NIHPD atlas but can only find one atlas in their webiste. There are still a few other atlas file missing. From the preproc.sh files I can see that. Also I don't have TEMPLATE_CFG file and PNAS_TEMPLATES file.

Where can I get this file?

p.s. I found a adhd200preproc forum. Probably that's the correct place for such quesion.
